Award minimum, not your actual pay — These are award MINIMUM penalty rates for the Hospitality Award (MA000009) — enterprise agreements can differ, and your specific classification's base rate may be higher than what you entered. Check your classification on the Fair Work pay guide.
Casual loading is not paid on top of overtime rates — casual overtime equals the full-time/part-time overtime rate.
Evening and night loadings are flat cents-per-hour add-ons set by the award, not percentages of the base rate.
Public holiday worked in exchange for a day off in lieu or annual leave, and Christmas Day falling on a non-declared-public-holiday Saturday/Sunday, are paid at the ordinary Saturday rate (125%) instead of the public holiday rate — not modelled separately here.
