How much is ABSTUDY Living Allowance?
The maximum fortnightly rate depends on age, living arrangements, partner and dependent-child status, and study level. Income and other means tests can reduce it.
How does the ABSTUDY personal income test work?
For the published independent-student test, income up to $539 a fortnight has no reduction, the next band reduces payment by 50 cents per dollar, and income above $646 uses a 60-cent taper after the first-band reduction.
Does this calculator decide ABSTUDY eligibility?
